Emerging Renewed

Excited to share my latest installation piece, “Emerging Renewed”, created for Shanghai One Central Park. This work is made from ramie, handwoven in collaboration with multiple artisans.

Inspired by the rebirth of the universe and the organic form of cocoons in nature, it symbolizes the origin of life. Through the construction of a structured frame, I explore the transformation and renewal of materials while also reflecting the connection between humanity and nature, and the revival of traditional culture. More than just an artistic experiment, this piece serves as a metaphor for the rebirth and resurgence of Shanghai’s historic old city, where past and present merge in a continuous cycle of renewal.
